THE ROLE:
The Commercial Marketing Manager will define and execute AMD's regional enterprise and commercial go-to-market strategy for key products, platforms, and solutions targeting IT decision makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise architects).
This role owns the development and execution of integrated GTM programs—spanning demand generation, account-based marketing, partner and ecosystem marketing, and sales enablement—in close partnership with Sales, GAMs, Corporate GTM, as well as relevant OEMs, ISVs. The role is accountable for driving measurable pipeline impact, partner adoption, and long-term brand preference in the commercial and enterprise segments.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven B2B marketing leader with a strong understanding of enterprise technology markets and complex buying cycles. You combine structured thinking with strong execution discipline and are comfortable translating business objectives into scalable, customer-centric marketing strategies.
You are an effective influencer across matrixed organizations, capable of aligning sales, product, and partner teams around shared priorities. You bring a clear understanding of partner ecosystems, enterprise customer needs, and the role marketing plays in driving pipeline and revenue. You are a self-starter who operates with ownership, and accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and execute the commercial and enterprise go-to-market marketing strategy for AMD products and technologies, aligned to business priorities and revenue goals.
Lead end-to-end marketing planning, translating business and brand objectives into integrated strategies, initiatives, and execution plans that drive pipeline and market impact.
Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring clear alignment and communication across sales, product, regional marketing, and partner stakeholders.
Design and implement demand-generation and account-based marketing programs in collaboration with Sales, OEMs, and key ISVs.
Drive brand preference across key markets in the region through consistent narrative, thought leadership, and activation.
Manage budgets, and partners funding models, ensuring efficiency, governance, and ROI.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, subject-matter experts, corporate digital, GTM and partner marketing organizations.
Use data-driven insights to guide strategy, optimize performance, and report results to stakeholders.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, processes, and execution quality.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Relevant marketing work experience in the Semiconductor, IT industry or within an online/event-focused marketing industry (either corporate or agency background)
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
