THE ROLE: As a Business Planning Manager within the Business Operations team, supporting the Industrial, Robotics, Healthcare, and Sciences market segments, you will manage the commercial aspects of customer engagements, focusing initially on channel accounts with potential expansion to core customers. You will partner with Sales to ensure pricing strategies drive commercial success, analyze business performance, and lead strategic projects to maximize revenue and profitability. THE PERSON: A commercially savvy professional with 5–10 years of experience in business operations, pricing, or finance, ideally within the tech or semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly independent, and capable of navigating complex networks to drive results. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute from day one. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Partner with Sales to develop and execute pricing strategies, including value-based pricing.
- Manage ongoing business operations to maximize revenue and margin performance.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives to improve commercial outcomes.
- Conduct business performance analysis and provide quarterly account/segment reviews.
- Collaborate with regional teams and distributors to implement pricing and business policies.
- Support contract negotiations and deal management.
- Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen.
- Experience in pricing strategy, including value-based pricing.
- Experience in the semiconductor or financial industry is an advantage
- Customer-facing or technical sales experience.
- Additional business education (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Familiarity with CPQ systems (e.g., PriceFX, Salesforce, ModelN) is preferred.
- Experience with strategic account planning and margin forecasting.
