THE ROLE:

AMD Seller Success is a global programme designed to put sellers first by listening to their feedback, advocating for their needs, and delivering tools and processes that allow them to spend more time selling. The initiative focuses on removing friction, improving operational efficiency, and enabling sellers to achieve better outcomes through streamlined processes and innovative solutions.

 

THE PERSON:

The Seller Success Co-ordinator will provide essential support to AMD's Seller Success Organisation by supporting the newly created Seller Councils and initiatives, co-ordination across the enterprise on initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of processes that enable sellers to spend more time with customers. This is an exciting  role ideal for someone looking to build foundational skills in sales operations and analytics while gaining exposure to global programmes.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Operational Support:
    • Execute routine tasks related to seller success and productivity.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standard procedures.
  • Data Management:
    • Manage and validate new ideas, suggestions and feedback from the field.
    • Support basic analysis using standard templates and tools.
  • Process Coordination:
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing pre-reads, and tracking action items.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on transactional tasks.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional partners to support Seller Success initiatives.
    • Communicate updates clearly and promptly to stakeholders.

RPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Good functional skills in Excel and data handling; familiarity with PowerPoint preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop business acumen over time.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
