About the Role:
As the Strategic Finance Manager (Remote) you will assist the Strategic Finance team in reviewing business cases that support the company's transformation and growth, work closely with Strategy and Operations teams, collaborating in the construction of each business case, adding ideas and insights to the company's projects and fully understand the nuances of each project and be prepared to articulate recommendations to the leadership.


Other key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Finance governance: Provide project updates to the Finance leadership and prepare presentations for executive use, including Board of Directors and Committee meetings.
  • Model Validation: Analyze and review financial models that support company's strategy to grow and prepare and review models beyond calculation method ensuring, but not limited to: Likelihood of project's success; Accounting implications; Tax implications and Leverage the Company's 10-year model.
  • Ensure that risks and opportunities are evaluated and included in the analysis.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any area of knowledge;
  • Advanced or Fluent English;
  • Solid experience in business analysis and financial-related roles;
  • Relevant analytical experience, critical thinking, and detailed-driven profile;
  • Highly motivated and proactive attitude with flexibility to respond to critical questions and challenging situations;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize work in a demanding environment. Comfortable with shifting priorities;
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships and communicate properly;
  • Advanced computer software skills and financial modeling.
