Core activities include:

  • Design and development: Build high-quality and creative digital learning content including (but not limited to) course materials, online/e-learning modules, online tutorials, knowledge assessments, multimedia products would be a plus (video, graphic, audio, animation), and/or other learning and course materials.
  • Instructional design: Apply instructional design principles to ensure learning objectives are met and learning experiences are effective.
  • Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Cross teaming collaboration: Work with global teams to design, develop and deploy learning solutions addressing knowledge gaps and building effective solutions to narrow this gap.
  • Technical skills: Proficiently use eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline (a must), Powtoon and Synthesia (or equivalents). Knowledge and understanding of building within Modern SharePoint a bonus.
  • Global perspective: Develop content relevant to a diverse global audience in a manufacturing environment.

What we need from you:

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.)
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, experimentation and learning
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, adjusting to timelines, competing priorities and multiple demands
  • Strong communication skills. Knowledge of English at the communication level verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • University/College Degree in a business discipline or equivalent with at least 5 years of related professional experience in designing and developing eLearning content
  • Experience in other multinational companies
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of Storyline (a must), Powtoon and Synthesia (or equivalent). Knowledge and understanding of building within Modern SharePoint a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
