About the role:

Seeking a collaborative Microsoft 365 administrator to join our team and help manage, configure, and support our M365 environment. In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operation and optimization of Microsoft Office 365, including but not limited to, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related security and compliance features.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot M365.
• Monitor and manage Teams settings, policies, and security controls to ensure data privacy, compliance, and optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Microsoft 365 issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.
• Reviews internal ticketing system to ensure assigned tickets are being identified and issue effectively resolved in compliance with policies and service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, document management, and business processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, escalate problems, and implement updates and enhancements.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams administration including applying governance guardrails while ensuring alignment with Alcoa's best practices and organizational policies.
• Stay up to date with the latest M365 features, updates, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What you can bring to this role:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•  3-5 years of proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, or similar role, with specific expertise in Teams, OneDrive, and general M365 apps administration and management.
• Advanced understanding of modern technology and ability to have a technical conversation about an issue, request or recommendation
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills who is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end users.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and service to end users.
• Experience with concepts of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance features and policies
• Understanding of generative AI technologies to enhance productivity and innovation, ensuring adherence to guiding principles for ethical AI use, including Microsoft Copilot chat, Microsoft Copilot M365, and agentic management.

Responsabilités principales :

• Administrer et maintenir l'environnement Microsoft 365, en mettant l'accent sur Microsoft Teams, OneDrive et Copilot M365.
• Surveiller et gérer les paramètres, politiques et contrôles de sécurité de Teams afin d'assurer la confidentialité des données, la conformité et des performances optimales.
• Fournir un soutien technique et résoudre les problèmes liés à Microsoft 365, en assurant une résolution rapide et un minimum d'interruptions pour les utilisateurs.
• Examiner le système de billetterie interne pour s'assurer que les billets assignés sont bien identifiés et résolus efficacement, conformément aux politiques et aux ententes de niveau de service.
• Collaborer avec les unités d'affaires et les équipes TI pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions Microsoft 365 favorisant la collaboration, la gestion documentaire et l'optimisation des processus.
• Coordonner avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services pour résoudre les problèmes techniques, escalader les incidents et mettre en œuvre des mises à jour et améliorations.
• Gérer l'administration de Microsoft Teams, en appliquant les règles de gouvernance tout en respectant les meilleures pratiques et politiques organisationnelles d'Alcoa.
• Se tenir informé(e) des dernières fonctionnalités, mises à jour et tendances de M365, et proposer des recommandations pour une amélioration continue.

Ce que vous apportez au poste :

• BAC en informatique, technologies de l'information ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience avérée en tant qu'administrateur (trice) Microsoft 365 ou dans un rôle similaire, avec une expertise spécifique sur Teams, OneDrive et l'administration générale des applications M365.
• Excellente compréhension des technologies modernes et capacité à discuter techniquement d'un problème, d'une demande ou d'une recommandation.
• Solides compétences en dépannage et en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de diagnostiquer et résoudre des enjeux complexes.
• Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation, avec une attention particulière aux détails et la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités et projets simultanément dans un environnement en constante évolution.
