Acadian Client Services (ACS): ACS is a division of Acadian Companies handling all of the billing and revenue cycle functions for the Ground Ambulance and Air Med divisions. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that wants to grow with a great company. There are multiple advancement opportunities available within ACS and Acadian.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for working front desk visitor intake, return mail, printing, mailing, & data entry. There also may be other duties, and/or responsibilities assigned as needed.
JOB LOCATION: This Full-Time position is primarily based in the office Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
REPORTS TO: ACS Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Intake of return mail
● Search for correct address & additional demographic information
● Data Entry into billing system
● Front Desk visitor intake and coordination
● Print & Mail
● Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Proficient in Google, MS Office Suite or related software
● Excellent communication and customer relation skill
● Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with coworkers and patients
● Professional work ethic and dress code
● Ability to adhere to productivity goals, departmental and company guidelines, policy and procedures
● Possess strong organizational skills
● Understands HIPAA and Red Flag guidelines
● Maintain highest level of confidentiality
● Punctual with strong attendance history
