Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Work Experiences
5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management within Oracle Financials or similar platforms, preferably including Oracle Fusion, EPM, ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, and OIC.
Experience defining and managing product roadmaps for financial solutions.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including vendors, developers, business stakeholders, support teams, integration teams, and solution or system architects.
Experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
Experience translating business requirements into BRDs and technical specifications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-impact solutions.
Retail experience preferred.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as SQL.
Experience with product lifecycle management and user story creation.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for financial systems initiatives.
Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of system improvements.
Evaluate quarterly releases and recommend features and enhancements for implementation.
Manage the product backlog and lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to support continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, compliance, and security standards.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance accounting and financial processes.
Contribute to a culture of innovation and experimentation through cross-functional collaboration.
Partner with vendors and external experts to evaluate and implement emerging technologies.
