What You Will Work OnSupport the development and refinement of Private Brand assortments by managing product details and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Daily work includes organizing specifications, tracking samples, and partnering across teams to ensure products meet expectations. The position contributes directly to improving quality, value, and customer satisfaction.
You'll collaborate on timelines, support artwork approvals, and help resolve issues that arise throughout development. The work involves refreshing assortments, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to elevate product performance. Your efforts support the creation of competitive, consumer‑ready products across multiple categories.
Who You Will Work WithThis role partners closely with Buying, Production, Quality Assurance, Vendor Compliance, and Import Logistics to support development milestones.
You'll also work with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with brand goals.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
3+ years of related work experience required
2+ years of product development experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt positively to change in a fast‑paced environment
Working knowledge of Flex PLM and Adobe Illustrator
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Up to 5% domestic and international travel, including overnight stays required
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
