What You Will Work OnDrive operational excellence across all distribution areas by leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Support key supply chain goals by monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Champion a Safety First culture that protects team members and strengthens day-to-day operations.
Collaborate closely with leadership to evaluate workflow effectiveness and recommend improvements that streamline operations. Prepare teams for seasonal shifts, peak volumes, and special projects through proactive planning and strong communication. Maintain accurate internal controls and support audit readiness across operational functions.
Who You Will Work WithYou'll partner closely with General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Team Leads, and cross-functional teams across the entire DC network to keep operations aligned and running smoothly. These relationships give you visibility into how daily decisions impact upstream and downstream workflows, allowing you to influence outcomes across multiple areas of the supply chain.
Your work also connects you with Store partners, Corporate teams, and vendor groups who depend on accurate, timely, and consistent merchandise flow. Through regular collaboration, you help ensure service levels are met, operational standards stay high, and team members across divisions feel supported, informed, and connected to shared goals.

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience managing teams in an automated warehouse or distribution center environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills across DC, Store, and Corporate divisions
Ability to establish goals, lead teams, and drive both short-term and long-term effectiveness
Experience facilitating change and making decisions without full information
Proficiency with WMS, TMS, and MS Office
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and Logistics/Supply Chain Certification preffered
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Ability to work flexible hours, including varied or extra shifts to support business and peak season demands
Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and reporting unsafe conditions
Ability to work in fast-paced, production-driven environment with performance expectations
Work in non-climate-controlled conditions, including moderate heat/cold, dust, moisture, noise, and changing air quality
Ability to stand, walk, and remain in positions for extended periods
Perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing, and working at heights
Ability to work in mezzanines up to 50 ft high
Frequently lift and carry up to 60 lbs; push/pull heavy items as needed
Use manual dexterity and perform repetitive hand/keyboard tasks
Demonstrate visual acuity (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment)
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed (e.g., safety shoes, glasses, vest, gloves, bump cap)
Follow all company procedures, policies, and professional standards, including seasonal updates
Successfully complete required background check and substance screening
For applicable roles: safely handle firearms and complete required training
For applicable roles: operate powered industrial trucks with required certification
