What You Will Work OnYou'll partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, driving initiatives that enhance team member engagement and performance. Your day-to-day will involve coaching leaders, analyzing workforce trends, and recommending development opportunities that strengthen talent pipelines. You'll also lead HR projects and rollouts, ensuring compliance and consistency across multiple business units.
In this role, you'll champion progressive HR practices and leverage data insights to influence decisions that impact the business. From onboarding new team members to advising on compensation strategies, you'll provide solutions that balance compliance with creativity. Expect to work on initiatives that shape culture, improve processes, and deliver measurable results for both the HR function and the broader organization.
You'll collaborate with a dynamic network of business partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver HR services that make a difference. Your relationships will span talent acquisition, operations, and corporate functions, creating opportunities to influence at every level. Together, you'll build strategies that foster positive team member relations and drive organizational success.
What You BringBring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
SHRM or other HR certification preferred
Minimum 3 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience
Advanced knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
Proven ability to coach leaders and influence business outcomes
Experience in retail or multi-unit environments preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a compelling story through data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Frequent local and overnight travel if partnered with Store; occasional travel for Corporate or DC
Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
