Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of proven operational experience.

Work Experiences:

  • 10+ years of related work experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or distribution leadership.

Skills:

  • Ability to build strong, trust based relationships across all levels from team members to senior executives.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and RF Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong communication skills, clear, confident, and adaptable to varied audiences.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and innovation.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when operationally required.
  • Acceptable hearing and vision necessary to perform essential job duties.
  • Ability to interpret computer printouts and use RF equipment
  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

Responsibilities:

  • Direct, guide, and coach operations managers and department managers across all inbound and outbound functions.
  • Build a high‑performing culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure day‑to‑day distribution center operations run smoothly, safely, and with exceptional efficiency.
  • Prioritize and execute DC initiatives that support company‑wide goals and service expectations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders including Merchants, Replenishment Teams, Logistics, Engineering and cross functional teams to implement improvements in workflow, space utilization, automation, and throughput.
  • Develop data-informed strategies to measure performance, increase productivity, and enhance distribution capabilities.
  • Assist in building and executing the DC's annual operating budget.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by contributing to proactive safety and security programs.
  • Ensure full vendor compliance with Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) requirements.
  • Maintain internal control documentation, complete control procedures accurately, remediate issues, and respond to internal and external audit inquiries.
  • Serve as a key operational voice in cross functional conversations with stores, buyers, planning teams, and corporate partners.
  • Support and influence decisions that impact long-term network performance.

Physical Requirements & Attendance

  • Ability to work in a non–climate-controlled environment with variable temperatures.
  • Prepared to work in a dynamic environment where operational needs can vary and support a seven‑day‑a‑week operation, requiring flexibility beyond a traditional schedule.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
  • Adhere to company policies and professional standards
