Talent Acquisition Partner will facilitate the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process for high volume hiring within the fulfillment center. TA Partners will provide guidance and direction to assigned hiring managers and People function team members on recruiting issues to ensure the consistent application of policies in compliance with legal requirements and Zulily practice.

Prescreen candidates, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Leverage the company's TA technologies (Workday, etc.) to manage requisitions, candidate screening, selection, and hiring processes.
Participate in selection processes (interviews, assessment centers, job simulations) as appropriate, and according to market practice.
Leverage online recruiting resources, such as niche job boards, associations, LinkedIn, university career center websites and ATS to identify and recruit top candidates
Regular and timely management and communication of candidates and hiring managers to keep them proactively informed via email and/or phone, and to ensure a quality Candidate / Client experience.
Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed so team member records can be efficiently processed for new hires, including drug-screening process and background investigations where appropriate.
Organize/plan/participate in Onsite related to recruiting activities/events; onsite hiring events, career fairs, etc.
What You Bring
Degree level education or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition field
2 plus years recruiting experience, preferably in a past paced recruiting environment (call center/distribution center preferred)
Experience in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment (call center/distribution center) is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated recruitment tactics development and execution
Strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office and creative sourcing techniques.
Technically savvy – able to best utilize appropriate systems, reporting tools, and support services.
Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills, and a willingness and ability to challenge upwards if necessary.
