We are searching for a skilled, dynamic and motivated part time Leasing Consultant to focus on a high end apartment community in Revere, MA. This position is a high visibility position for a self-starter who is able to multi task and can bring a create energy to our team. This is a critical, high-profile role which requires a level of aptitude in all aspects of the marketing and leasing operations, including compliance with property specific regulation's, monitoring and reporting on occupancy, rent growth / trends and market data, resident relations, etc. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for oversight of day to day operations of the leasing teams with a primary goal of meeting or exceeding the occupancy and income objectives at each asset while providing exceptional customer service and apartment homes.
Work in conjunction with the on site managers
Responsible for reporting on market conditions and creating marketing plans for the site
Works with and takes direction from the Regional Marketing Manager on all marketing related functions
Train to meet all requirements of the leasing role including telephone techniques, greeting/qualifying/demonstrating, follow-up, sales tools, shopper's reports, etc.
Works closely with the on-site teams monitor turnover, demand, move in schedules, move outs and coordinate resources
Manage procedures ensuring potential residents are promptly qualified and placed on the appropriate wait lists
Ensure all applicants are assigned to units within the approved/designated maximum window of time in order to minimize vacancy loss
Communicate challenges and resource needs to the Property Manager
Represent the portfolio in a professional manner
Responsible for the presentation of Leasing Center/s and model homes, and amenity areas
Foster relationships with buisnesses in the area
Maintain a working resident event calendar as well as coordination all resident events monthly
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Guidelines
Resolves customer issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company
Serve as leasing consultant and perform leasing functions as necessary when needed
Marketing duties will include weekly outreach marketing to local business and corporations, daily social media marketing and monthly event planning
High School Diploma or equivalent with some college preferred
3-5 year's property management experience preferred
3-5 year's sales and/or management experience required
A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
Experience with market rate housing portfolios required
Anticipated Work Schedule
Availability for holiday, evening, and weekend work is necessary as well as special summer leasing hours for late closes. Hours subject to change based on occupancy, must be available to work Sunday as needed.About Us
