MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. High School graduate or equivalent.

1. Prepares daily staffing reports in Nursing Administration. Identifies staffing concerns and alerts appropriate Managers and Supervisors.
2. Maintains accuracy in Kronos including maintaining Supervisor schedule and posting in Kronos, reviews assignments, reconciles timecards in Kronos on a daily basis for the Supervisors and float Pool and follows up with staff support for Kronos to other staff.
3. Verify staffing for units on a daily basis and communicate with charge RN for any schedule changes.
4. Place support staff by recognizing the acuity of the patients, call offs and etc.
5. Notify the appropriate unit of call offs and filling out a call in sheet for the manager as well as placing call offs of floats and Supervisors in Kronos
6. Assigns support staff in Kronos to units.
7. Calls units for census and staffing needs every four hours.
8. Orders office supplies.
9. Assists managers/directors with recruitment and retention, including the ability to assist with the process of all newly hired contract/agency personnel.
10. Keeps needs for Travel RN's, puts files/paperwork together for units with Employee signature, have Travelers come to the Supervisors office on their first day and send the completed paperwork to HR.
11. Place pertinent information in the Supervisors daily census report.
12. Performs clerical and Administrative duties in support of Nursing service, including payroll.
