Team manages a team of subject matter experts providing very detailed Enterprise Finance plans, tracks, analyzes and reports financial results, manages the company's balance sheet, including funding, capital and investments; oversees internal real estate needs; drives acquisitions; is responsible for financial controls; and leads corporate strategy.
About the Role
This leadership role requires a developed understanding of Enterprise Finance identifies areas of financial risk and mitigates efforts appropriately. Responsible for internal financial management reporting and analysis to support the enterprise, business units, and functional areas and provide meaningful insights into the underlying drivers impacting results

Strong working experience in Design, build and maintain dashboards using Tableau.
Handling complex SQL queries.
Strong database knowledge (Preferably – Oracle Essbase/Oracle Server, SQL Server and Teradata).
Good to have data modelling/Data warehousing experience.
Experience in handling tableau server requests – Creating Row level security
Communicating with business users clearly regarding objectives, requirements, design and modifications
Analyze the data, conceptualize, and recommend solution options and design report and dashboards.
Ensuring the dashboard has the right layout/interactivity/readability for user to summarize information.
Responsible for improving the Dashboard performance and suggesting changes if required.
Identify, explore and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using best practices.
Responsible for conveying insights in an intuitive and compelling way to drive understanding and decision making from key executives on down to operational analysts.
Market Skills and Certifications
B.Tech/ M.Tech /Finance Background.
Minimum 7-9 years' experience on Tableau, SQL, Excel.
Minimum 2 Years of Data Modelling/Data warehousing Experience.
Ability to work both independently and within team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to perform complex analyses, build financial models, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations to business leaders.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
Preferred candidates who have experience in automation with Python/R/VBA.
Knowledge on SharePoint and understanding of how Tableau integrates with SharePoint will be beneficial.
Good to have experience in one or more BI reporting tools.
