Calls VNSNY CHOICE Medicare Advantage plan members that are in jeopardy of losing their Medicaid to discuss plan change options and minimize member cancellation. Ensures members understand plan details and options they are eligible for, answers inquiries related to all VNSNY CHOICE Medicare Advantage products, and records resulting actions and comments. Informs new enrollees of future calls and contacts for plan eligibility verification. Works under moderate supervision.
Medicare License preferred. Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle or ability to travel through all five boroughs preferred.
High School diploma or the equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum two years of managed Medicare and/or Medicaid sales, customer service or marketing experience with a culturally diverse target population required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Bi-lingual skills preferred.
