CRC - Role
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8 hour shifts between 8:00am-6:30pm)
This position supports all Fidelity business partners and internal Inbound departments with the retrieval and redirecting of documentation routed or processed incorrectly to assist with ensuring timely and accurate completion. In addition, this role supports the management, retrieval and destruction of archived records in support of the Fidelity records management program.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing work items rejected from all business partners and internal teams by pulling, validating and redirecting original customer paperwork manually or electronically to ensure proper routing enabling processing completion within defined regulatory guidelines. Managing the retrieval and storage of archived paperwork, through physical and electronic tracking tools to enable efficient and accurate retrieval for processing completion within defined regulatory guidelines.
3. RISK EXPOSURE
The CRC Associate is responsible for high risk monetary transactions that have direct impact to Fidelity's internal business partners, end customers and external institutions. Transaction processing has the potential for significant financial, regulatory and reputational risk.
§ Working knowledge of Fidelity's on-line mainframe systems, including FBSI, XTRAC, FPRS and DART.
§ Working knowledge of all departmental policies and procedures.
§ Working knowledge of integrated MS Office, Excel spreadsheet, Outlook Mail, and Presentation software, with special emphasis on Microsoft Access software.
§ Thorough understanding of the interrelationships between Inbound and Fidelity business units is preferred.
§ Working knowledge of Iron Mountain database and Total Recall application

§ Requires prolonged periods of sitting and standing
§ Requires use of a pallet jack for movement of full pallets
