Description

We are looking for a Project Manager/Analyst on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments. This position is based in Merrimack, NH.

Overview

In this position you will be responsible for managing 1-3 workstreams throughout an HR Modernization effort in the HRCA technology portfolio. In addition, you will be responsible for providing systems analysis support for the respective workstreams. You will partner with Product Management, business partners, and a larger project team to understand business objectives and deliver technology solutions to meet the needs of the project.

Responsibilities

Project Management

· Plan and manage the project workstreams within Fidelity's software development methodologies

· Actively track workstream project status, identify and escalate risks/issues as appropriate

Analysis

· Understand the business processes related to HR Shared Service teams

· Collect, define, and document business/technical requirements and procedures

· Complete system configuration and analyze impact to primary and dependent systems

· Work closely with the product manager, product line architect, developers, QA, and business partners to understand requirements and develop scalable solutions that deliver business value and satisfy functional requirements

· Perform data analysis, loads, pulls, mining and cleansing to support business requests and projects

Testing

· Assist QA in identifying and defining testing scenarios for delivery of new features/functionality

· Complete appropriate data setup in support of UAT testing

· Coordinate UAT testing within the confines of the project

Experience and Skills

· 3-5 years of technology project management experience required

· 3+ years of systems analysis experience required

· 3+ years of system integration experience preferred

· Strong team player with a great attitude

· Prior experience working on SaaS platform

· Prior experience with HR applications and dealing with highly confidential data

· General knowledge of application development

· General Knowledge of relational DBs; CRM systems

· ServiceNow experience a plus

· Technologies / Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, Workbench

· Ability to conduct analysis on business requirements, collaborate with the project team

· Strong working Knowledge of Agile principles and practices

· Ability to view project objectives and status in terms of impact to business value to be delivered

· Good interpersonal skills: you are comfortable engaging with members of the team and your business partners consider you a member of their team

· Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts effectively to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical. You are known for making the complicated, simple
