Description

Plan, conduct and direct a wide variety of experiments. Responsible for the evaluation and interpretation of research data. Conduct experiments using advanced equipment and applying complex techniques, methods and procedures; plan and execute the details of experiments according to research protocol.



Minimum Education and Experience

Ph.D in a related field.



Preferred Education and Experience

Focus area of integrated behavioral and physiological study of the relationship between speech perception and speech production by a hearing impaired listener.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manages, coordinates and oversees all operations, including undergraduate/graduate students/staffs supervision and teaching, in the laboratory.

Involved in all experimental design, data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentation/manuscript, and grant/project proposals.

Develops new tracks of research and assists in raising funding to support activities in the laboratory.
