In support of the IT Service Management (ITSM) initiative, the Service Now Programmer will support the development and implementation of optimizing enterprise service management processes, and improving service delivery and collaboration within and across business functions. The Service Now Developer will serve as a developer for UC Riverside staff, faculty, and students configuring and building modules, forms, and workflows in the ServiceNow Platform to positively align with business strategies and affect business and student outcomes. This position will use the ITIL framework to provide technical assistance, workflow development, software configuration, customization, and web service integrations. This may also include providing administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support.

This position is classified as predominantly remote with occasional visits to campus as needed. Working hours will be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

The full salary range for the Service Now Developer is $68,500 - $123,900 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is UP TO $115,000 annually. UCR bases salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
