Job Description

The U.S. Bank Wholesale Lending Transformation (WLT) team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the functional design workstream in our journey in the digital space to implement nCino.  This position will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Project Lead. This highly visible position involves regular collaboration with the CAO, and the entire WLT team including Project Management.

This dynamic role support multi-year projects:

  • Responsible for organizing / managing design workshops

  • Document business line requirements and acceptance criteria

  • Lead and support backlog prioritization, sprint planning and sprint review discussions

  • Lead nCino system demonstrations / become an nCino Subject Matter Expert

  • Lead and support functional design system testing

  • Assist in oversight of Business Analyst

  • Advocate change and continuous improvement of systems, procedures, processes and tools in support of project, portfolio and resource management.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience

- Six years of experience with either commercial lending or commercial lending system implementations, with some leadership responsibility

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments

  • Experience with basic fundamentals of iterative development

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills

  • Ability to using data to inform better business decisions

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
