The Salesforce Business Analyst provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. This position requires experience in and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of experience in business analyst activities
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required)
- Salesforce certifications (preferred).
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment (healthcare, insurance, financial services, banking etc.) (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Demonstrated leadership skills
