The Customer Account Management – Team Lead is a key member of the account management team and will be responsible for ensuring that strong time management and organizational skills are employed across the team to achieve all KPI's whilst providing the appropriate level of support to the team to maintain strong customer (internal and external) relationships to accelerate the team performance.
Office Location - Cherrywood (not a remote role)
Achieving growth and retention sales targets by successfully managing the account management team
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, call listening & coaching and performance monitoring of account managers
Help build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Support account managers in high value and complex Customer queries or negotiations, serve as an escalation point or back-up during absences
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging industries and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Ensure internal QC and process adherence
Lead selected country specific and European initiatives
Setting targets, performance plans, and standards for sales reps to meet.
Review and approve Customer commercial offers
Cooperate with peers from other areas of business
Meet with your team regularly to review progress, targets, and general performance. - weekly and monthly 1:1's

Salesforce but not essential
+ 2 years' Experience of managing a high performing account management team in an inside sales environment where over-achievement against targets and KPI's can be demonstrated
Proven ability in training and coaching individuals in sales competencies and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, with an ability to identify positive and negative qualities and abilities
Proven ability to develop and maintain a performance sales culture
Ability to continually rise above challenges and operate in a fast moving, changing environment
