POSITION SUMMARY:

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Partner with the CHRO to oversee complex HR projects and strategic initiatives related to Total Rewards, Talent Solutions, employee engagement, and HR systems.
  • Formulate, administer, and maintain detailed project plans, including all required activities, tasks, risks, and resources. Provide regular project status reports as requested.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Design and execute organizational development strategies to drive change, improve processes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend interventions for leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication and buy-in from key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Partner with marketing to highlight program successes and communicate program activities to participants and wider internal and external audiences.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support HR and organizational initiatives. Lead communication efforts, training programs, and feedback mechanisms to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Obtain, validate, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on project outcomes and organizational development progress.
  • Partner with HR leadership to recommend changes and strategic adjustments to improve the overall participant experience and outcome.
  • Ensure all HR projects and organizational development activities adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related degree field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, organizational development or a related field.
  • HR project management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with HR Information Systems (HRIS); Workday experience preferred.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel proficiencies.
  • Strong analytical and technical ability to create and maintain metrics, reports, and schedules.
  • Innovative approach to overcoming organizational challenges and delivering results.

Personal Skills:

  • A genuine collaborator and team-player with an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to see the big picture and align HR projects with long-term business objectives.
  • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and a continually heavy workload.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to show compassion for team member situations, yet still maintain policy and practice standards of excellence.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Physical Skills:
