The TMX Finance ® Family of Companies is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join the team and successfully support our Talent Acquisition needs. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and securing top talent for the Corporate Offices, including Savannah, GA and Carrollton, TX.  This role supports the Director of Executive Recruiting and Sr Manager of Corporate and IT Recruiting, with all recruiting initiatives. The Corporate Recruiter must carry poise and patience, coupled with the ability and professionalism to work directly with the executives of the company.

Essential Responsibilities

Full cycle recruitment process for the corporate department hires, which includes:


Manage all Hiring Managers expectations and recruiting processes

Create new position descriptions

Post ads to appropriate recruiting sites

Review resumes to select qualified candidates

Manage Behavioral interviewing

Search for professional references

Oversee the phone screening and interviewing process

Negotiate job offers to potential candidates

Decline candidates as needed for positions

Conduct cold calls for passive candidates, specifically through LinkedIn Recruiter

Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of Corporate recruiting experience
    • Minimum 2 years of full cycle Corporate or Staffing firm recruiting
    • Proven experience working closely with executives/department heads on corporate hires is required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet skills is required
    • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to quickly pivot in an agile work environment
    • Standing, walking, sitting, repetitive movements and use of mechanical controls, such as keyboard, are frequently required
