Loss Prevention touches every area of our business, so our Loss Prevention graduates develop an understanding of how every part of our business works and can have the opportunity to influence and impact our strategic direction.
Responsibility From The Start
You will be based from our Forever Home campus in Watford, with a chance to rotate around our business, during the two year permanent programme. You ll also have the opportunity to rotate and learn how our Central Loss Prevention function supports our global business. After a comprehensive induction, you'll continue to expand your skills through a series of workshops and training programmes - designed to help you to take on responsibility quickly.
You'll gain hands-on, practical experience of our retail environment – whilst learning how Loss Prevention operates across all areas of the business, from Supply Chain, to eCommerce, Training & Policy, Investigations, Systems, Associate & Travel Safety and Technical Security.
As you acquire in-depth business knowledge, you'll develop further the leadership skills you'll need to manage and develop others, as you prosper and progress. With opportunities to take on different projects, with a wide variety of colleagues.
What Does My Career Path Look Like?
You'll become a valued member of the team from the day you start.
On completion, you'll be equipped with the skills and commercial understanding to move into a role that's right for you when you finish the programme – with positive support to find that perfect role. You'll have plenty of opportunities to move onwards and upwards within the business.
Skills You'll Need
- A degree in any discipline
- Fluent English, a 2nd language is desirable however not essential
- Natural leadership skills
- Be willing to travel as part of the role
- An inquisitive mind and a flexible thinker
- Be a fast learner
- Adaptable to work in store, processing centres and Head Office
- Great at partnering with others with strong people skills
- An eye for detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Confidence to take the lead
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driving license
