How will you make an impact:
As a Sr. Manager of Commercial Insights & Analytics, you will lead efforts to enhance sales effectiveness through compensation strategy, commercial excellence, and robust data integration and reporting. This individual will partner with the commercial operations functions to support the “One Clinical Diagnostics Division” business model by aligning goals and incentives across the organization. Focusing on developing defined processes for data reporting and analysis that provide actionable data to the commercial sales teams and business partners.

What will you do:
Sales Compensation Strategy - Algin incentives across the organization by connecting strategy and business priorities with compensation, KPIs through routine modeling and reporting
Commercial Excellence – Leverage data to drive synergies across the commercial operations team. Reduce distractions and increase efficiencies through consistent, streamlined reporting
Data, Systems and Market Intelligence - Champion efforts to develop a source of truth for ERP data, market data, CRM data, and provide leading/lagging indicators for the business
Reporting - Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs through database management tools, data transformation, and business intelligence platforms and (e.g. Power BI, AWS, MS Office Suite)
Marketplace Analytics - Translate data into insights and enhance commercial effectiveness through global market assessments that support strategic business growth
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a staff of analytical professionals that will support the Commercial Insights and Analytics function

How will you get there:
5 plus years of leadership experience in a commercially focused analytics role with an emphasis on commercial execution, data reporting and insights
Bachelor's Degree required

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Possess strong leadership skills and team building skills as well as exceptional analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment supporting a commercial team
Ability to translate a wide array of complex data into functioning strategies
Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Access, Power Point, CRM Systems, BI platforms (Power BI, etc).
Must understand the key market drivers and dynamics of the healthcare market.
Must be a role model for the 4-I Values (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement)
Strong track record of leading and executing strategic and complex initiatives

Skilled in the use of analytics and KPIs to accelerate or modify actions
Strong communication skills and commercial understanding to engage with key stakeholders
to sell ideas, achieve alignment, and improve processes
Ability to influence and partner with individuals/teams within complex, global, matrix organization across a significant number of stakeholders
Proven financial acumen, interpretation and analysis skills tied to commercial and business focused initiatives
