The Creative Group has a client in need of a Marketing Coordinator with administrative skills! This candidate will assist with writing for marketing pieces, tracking marketing data, research competitors, and provide recommendations for the development of marketing programs through traditional media channels, advertising and social media. This opportunity includes administrative tasks such as answering phone calls from potential customers and describing the clients services. Answering technical questions is NOT a requirement or responsibility. Additional responsibilities include: Adjust sales scripts to target customer interests and needs Create a comprehensive marketing email list of existing customers Conduct market surveys to gather data about potential customers. Assist with product updates, images and news announcements for the company website Track and report on marketing programs, including phone and email inquiry support, follow-up of order status, and measuring the effectiveness of the marketing campaign
