Description

This position will support acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts through email campaigns that inform accounting professionals of products, events, announcements, and thought leadership. You?ll work within our internal Brand team to execute the email production process by collecting and trafficking email content and creative through scheduling, contact identification, segmentation, set up, proofing, and email deployment processes. ? Coordinate email production processes and manage email deployment calendar ? Setup emails and newsletters within our ESP platform (using templates and HTML code) ? Test functionality across devices with focus on QA of links, images, and functionality ? Implement quality checks to ensure that content is error-free ? Work with requestors on audience targeting ? use AMS (CRM) data to target and generate segmented distribution lists ? Work with project managers to align emails with campaign calendars for seamless execution ? Analyze results and testing plans to continuously improve email performance ? Monitor program automations and data processes; troubleshooting when necessary ? Perform general web updates, and create new web and newsletter pages using existing components and guidelines both in conjunction with and distinct from email projects ? Assist with other Brand team projects as needed

Requirements

? Experience working with ESPs and marketing automation platforms such as Real Magnet (preferred), Marketo, Eloqua, Exact Target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud ? Familiarity with responsive mobile email optimization and HTML email coding best practices ? Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting, segmentation, and A/B testing ? Understanding of spam guidelines, data privacy regulations, and best practices ? Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics ? 1-3 years hands-on email marketing experience ? Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or a related field ? Fast?paced, organized, detail-oriented team player ? Ability to multitask while prioritizing work
