- Implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives for direct sales and dealer engagement. - Maintain and track programs from our direct sales and dealer organizations for satisfaction, quality, and performance. - Identify key requirements needed for collaboration with team members across departments to ensure workflows are in alignment with overall business plans. - Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives. - Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce reports for management and stakeholders.
