Position Overview:

To provide the clinical and administrative supervision to assigned Caseworkers.  The Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating clinical evaluations, completed by the program's Psychologist and Psychiatrist. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all treatment provided to each resident, as well as chairing the FCAP Team Conferences.  Assure the quality and adherence to Probation and DSS standards and agency policies and procedures. 

Position Qualifications:

LMSW or other licensable degree, i.e., LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist preferred.  Will consider candidates who are looking to obtain licensure or are in the process of completing licensure requirements.  Supervisory experience preferred.  Demonstrates knowledge and ability to utilize clinical and administrative skills to carry out social work responsibilities. as well as ability to supervise Social Work staff.  Must have a valid Driver's license.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks. 

Salary: $61,585.18-$74,648.70
