The Administrative Support for the Intentional Warm Line will take the lead in a project to capture all the hand written data for calls taken remotely. Calls will be entered into a spreadsheet to produce the quarterly DHHS report.
-Entering high volumes of data into a spreadsheet template.
-Attention to detail and engaging peer support specialist when data is not clear.
-Strong Excel skills to sort and proof data.
-Ability to work independently with set deadlines.
-Committed to the mission, vision and values of the organization.
-Assures quality in work to facilitate the delivery of quality services.
-Understands and complies with all Sweetser policies and procedures.
-Actively participates in supervisions and team meetings.
-Provides timely and accurate paperwork.
-Follow Suicide safer care practices.
-Other duties as assigned.
-High School diploma or equivalent.
Certificates, Licenses Required:
-Provisional CIPS certification required within 12 months of hire date.
-State of Maine Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS) certification preferred.
-Meet the annual State of Maine requirements to maintain CIPSS certificate.
-Must have reliable transportation.
Knowledge And Skills:
-Demonstrates understanding of Intentional Peer Support within 90 days of hire.
-Ability to work with diverse populations and accept differences in perspective and values.
-Computer Skills, including Excel.
