The Human Resource (HR) Systems Analyst is responsible for processing requests for HR Information Systems (IS) services and HR reports; maintaining HR data accuracy in all HR Systems; responding to customer requests; and developing and maintaining business process documentations and trainings. Reports to the HRIS Manager.



Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for end user support and provide ongoing training to end users for all HR Systems
  • Shared responsibility for day-to-day administration of HR Systems
  • Participate in system change, enhancement, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support rollouts or integrations of Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
  • Continuously improve user experience and system value add
  • Performs data updates, imports, clean-ups and researches/reports on any data discrepancies
  • Develop and update business process documentation and training material to keep current with module changes and issue resolution
  • Use Excel to provide specialized reporting and metrics
  • Enhance talent data analytics and reporting workflows
  • Stay abreast of vendor roadmap, industry landscape, and participate in customer community
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues to HRIS Manager, IT or external vendors and follow tickets through resolution
  • Work on problems of diverse scope, requiring analysis of best alternatives
  • Maintain confidentiality on all issues work related absolutely essential
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have a solid understanding the company's entire hiring process. The System Administrator will be required to attend specific training for this role and will be an expert user of the ATS system.

  • 3- 5 years working in HR in an HRIS Capacity
  • Demonstrated capability in MS Suite, specifically Excel for reporting and data manipulations, and PowerPoint for conducting trainings
  • Experience creating reports or working with HR Data or metrics
  • Experience with systems integration and the ability to account for downstream impact of updates/changes
  • Supports the HRIS system(s) including any system implementations, workflows and processes, database management, configurations, upgrades enhancements, assigning user security roles and permissions, and special system setup
  • Knowledge of ADP, iCIMS is preferred
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a virtual team and fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with all levels of management
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to complete high priority projects and activities with time sensitive deadlines.
