The System Engineer will be responsible for the customer requirement management and system design related to Dual Battery Switches, Smart Power Distribution Unit; analyzing customer requirements and working with hardware/software/mechanical team, to define best system architecture solution to satisfy the customer expectations. Will conduct technical design review to validate that the implements solutions adopted by Hardware/Software/SW Validation are in line with customer requirements and SEWS quality standard. Will be first customer tech contact for requirements, change request and issues analysis,Will be responsible to proper convey information to/from SEWS organization in North America and Oversees.
Minimum Position specification:
-BS Degree (Electrical, Electronics or Computer engineering).
-More than 4 years of experience in Automotive Electronics in Hardware/Software Design and Development.
-More that 3 years of experience in customer requirement management and functional safety up to ASIL-D
-Deep knowledge on ASPICE processes and ISO 26262 not required but nice to have.
- Customer requirements analysis, feasibility study and System requirements management. Customer design change request management, feasibility, effort estimation, System requirements update.
- System requirements, System development plan, System architecture design, feature/function list, HW/SW interface, Mech requirements.
- Support System Integration Test and System Qualification Test defining.
- Support HW/SW Specification design and technical solution identification.
- Assure Project Configuration Management and Trackability between Customer Requirements, System Requirements, System Test.
- Actively support the team during Issues analysis, Root cause identification, Technical solution implementation, Lessons learned report (5 WHYs analysis).
