The Role Responsibilities
▪ Ensure overall delivery projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements by adhering to Bank's Project Management Standards and Governance Policy ▪ Define and execute end to end Delivery Strategy by working with technology teams including, Cash, Retail, Channels, and Client on-boarding Systems. ▪ Work with business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are adequately defined and aligned to project objectives/ goals. ▪ Identify optimization opportunities for project exaction, testing and verification. ▪ Work with Country Technology Management to review system/ implementation changes and ensures change delivery impact is ascertained and identified. ▪ To also engage business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure minimal client and regulatory impact for project implementations. ▪ Conduct Tech PWG meetings and provide updates to overall program PWG and PSG. ▪ Manage project risk, issues, and changes as per established project management standards and change control processes. ▪ Assist Program Manager in managing overall Program Financials – Forecast, Schedule, Scope, Risk, Issues and periodic reporting.

Our Ideal Candidate
▪ Hands on end to end Project Management Experience (Agile and Waterfall) in the Banking industry involving multiple applications and business areas. ▪ Expertise in Large Scale Projects including cross functional teams ▪ Self-starting, goal driven individual with the ability to work independently. Good communications and engagement skills are necessary.
▪ Degree Holder in Banking and Finance, Engineering/ Computer Science ▪ At least 5 years' experience in Banking and with at least 2 years Project Management experience. ▪ Good understanding of Project management methodologies and framework. Candidates with PMP Project Management/Agile qualifications preferred
