Role Purpose

The Associate Director for Sales Enablement will support the development and execution of key strategic initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting thorough research and analysis, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic projects.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of presentations, workshops, RFIs and RFPs for Calastone's key clients and/or more complex commercial engagements.
  • Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives, identify and address any issues or obstacles, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Where required, develop business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Sales Enablement in driving the execution of strategic projects and ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the business environment or customer/market behaviour.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience and understanding of complex sales engagements including qualification, discovery, requirements gathering, RfX process, workshops, proposals, etc. Navigating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the funds and funds trading industry - technical aptitude to readily develop/acquire strong knowledge of Calastone's product offering and operations.
  • Fluent/native English speaker – an additional language an advantage.
  • Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • An individual who operates with a high level of honesty and integrity at all times, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
