Product Operations Support Specialist

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
*Ownership of part service/support across respective lines
*Prioritizes and executes part creation in support of the needs of defense groups
*Responsible for pricing service components across all sales channels
*Aligns OEM strategy and pricing to compliment inline offerings
*Lifecycle management of support/service components
*Life Cycle Status Change Order Agent
Education and/or Experience:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree in a Business discipline preferred but not required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word)
* 1+ years experience working in PLM system highly desirable
*Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
*Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
