Visual/ Project Manager:
We are looking for someone to work on all US Luxury fragrance in-store executions from design to in-store implementation. This role also requires the VM Manager to build partnerships with sales managers, creative agencies, manufacturers, suppliers, printers and follow up processes necessary to effectively complete directives with extreme high standards, which includes; exciting windows, sites, light boxes updates, new launch updates on counters and events in stores.
The VM Manager will support the VM Director, Coty Luxe across all activities planned on the distribution calendar. They will support in successfully translating and implementing the placement of all US visual standards, planograms, artwork, and guidelines set forth under the directive approved by the Global Retail Experience team. The VM Manager will be a key creative contributor to design US needs including pop ups, retailer events and press events, and will take ownership of all VM projects, design, and logistics.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Multitasking, Prioritization, and overall Project Management. Supports VM Director on the implementation of the Luxe Fragrance strategy across US. Leverages strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects at one time and deliver all projects are delivered on time with production and delivered to store for launch. Adapts Global guidelines for the launch and execution in US retailers and collaborating with Global teams on designs for the US. Works with other US and Global departments to understand and develop the adaptation of brand guidelines, providing active feedback to the Global teams for the existing guidelines, and actively following up with sales and marketing US teams for the efficacy of implementations. Ensures that new launches and in store execution deliverables are delivered on time & in full, in budget and to brand standard across region Listens to and develops a deep understanding of US consumers and generate new insights. Attends regular meetings with wider teams to ensure a collaborative working relationship with cross function teams. Develops and nurtures relationships with all key stakeholders- Internal departments/ Regional managers/ Key retailers/ Key suppliers/ Global team. Updates internal presentations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge) 3+ years relevant work experience of related visual experience, wholesale & retail, beauty industry a plus. Excellent time and project management skills with a proactive nature and results-driven, positive “can do” attitude. Strong interest in cosmetics, fashion, retail and product. Effectively communicates and has strong interpersonal skills High emotional intelligence and pragmatism; aesthetic sensitivity balanced with commercial drive. Strong attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work Able to work autonomously, but also thrives in a team environment Organized self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-moving environment and able to prioritize and juggle many different types of tasks at once Resourceful and creative problem solver
