Great company in the city of CHINO is in search of Customer Service Representative to join the team!
• Handle high volume incoming telephone or email inquiries.
• Identify the customers' needs, ask probing questions to resolve issues.
• Help resolve any technical and/or troubleshooting issues related to grill assembly and operation.
• Conduct data entry into the CRM and internal systems.
• Provide feedback on newly discovered problems and suggestions for past and current grill models.
• Handle customer service inquiries, claims, returns, orders (no sales).
This is a call center position, in a fast paced environment. The company manufacturers BBQ grills.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $17-$19 DOE
3+ years of experience in the customer service field.
