The Systems Analyst will be supporting two different DoD programs: DoD Biometrics and Navy Wide-band Satellite on-the-Move. The successful candidate will have both technical leadership and cybersecurity skills. Daily duties and responsibilities for the DoD Biometrics program include:

  • Acting as Technical Lead organizing and supervising daily operations of the test, software integration, software development, and cyber security teams
  • Work directly with the customer to identify and prioritize technical work
  • Work directly with the customer to maintain project schedule
  • Work directly with the customer to prepare for and conduct testing events Daily duties and responsibilities for the Navy Wide-band Satellite on-the-Move program include:
  • RMF documentation, as required
  • Assisting in the development of requirements
  • Conducting cyber security scans, as needed
  • Entering or retrieving data from VRAM
  • Identification and mitigation of system and network vulnerabilities
  • Development and/or modification of the POA&M
  • Validating quarterly cyber security updates
  • Assisting, when needed, with configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux computing devices

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience providing technical and cybersecurity support of computing systems and networks
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience with cyber security to include STIGs and Nessus
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in any three of the following four network-related areas:
  • System requirements
  • Operational requirements
  • Network security
  • Network training
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with test and evaluation events such as operational, verification, developmental, functional, and acceptance testing
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience using automated scanning tools such as ACAS, Nessus, and SCAP
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience with FISMA compliance and maintaining a system's accreditation in VRAM
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience supervising software integration, cyber security, or test teams
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience reading and creating detailed network diagrams
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience with SATCOM systems


  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Information Security field
