  • Providing support in conducting liaison with model proponents, Verification and Validation agents, developing agencies, Navy laboratories, service Cryptologic Agencies, Navy operational commands, other U.S. Government agencies, and hardware/software contractors under the direction of Commander, Operations Testing and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR), specifically for the Distributed Common Ground System --Navy (DCGS-N
  • Attending program review and technical exchange meetings with the Operational Test Director in various locations and providing technical reports and observing demonstrations/test events as appropriate
  • Providing support to Navy Operational Commands, other U.S. Government agencies, and hardware/software contractors to ensure requirements are adequately addressed to permit timely and effective testing
  • Collecting test data and providing technical reports including monthly progress reports
  • Developing various testing scenarios, plans and evaluations including, but not limited to, Integrated Testing, Operational Testing and Evaluation, and/or Follow-on Test and Evaluation

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Testing, Statistics, Software Performance Analysis or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years' experience testing software, statistical analysis and technical report writing.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense Acquisition processes.
  • Experience with U.S. Navy Intelligence data processing applications.
  • Technical Report writing experience.
  • Skilled with MS Office Excel Power Point and specifically Word
  • Basic computer skills (non-programming)
  • Be willing to travel up to 30%
  • Have an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to attain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access


  • Experience with the Distributed Common Ground System --Navy (DCGS-N)
  • Communication skills (oral and written) and comfortable in technical discussions at senior (07 / SES) level
  • Familiar with the Navy intelligence missions and Strike Planning
  • Comfortable with working as a team player in a support role for military / government leadership
  • Familiar with Cybersecurity practices
  • Statistical analysis, and reporting experience
