  • AIS system design and plan submittal to DCSA for Authorization To Operate (ATO) with all system details, including Architecture, System components (hardware, software, peripherals, etc), location of each system component, data flow, interconnections (internal and external, security categorization, security requirements, configuration management processes and procedures.

  • Experience with Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Operation and integration with other Electronic Warfare (EW) avionics systems over a Mil-Std-1553 data bus and/or Ethernet data bus
  • Familiar with Radio Frequency (RF) systems and their operation, including radars and receivers
  • Operational Flight Program (OFP) code analysis, development, and test experience
  • Development of software tools for engineering support of EW systems
  • Experience with all of the documentation requirements for OFP and support tool development
  • Ability to work with team members and the customer to produce quality solutions to development and sustainment issues
  • Knowledge of C++, C# and assembly language
  • Experience with implementation and maintenance of security controls of an Automated Information System (AIS) in accordance with the organization's Security Plan (SP) and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) policies, in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the DSS Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)


  • Direct experience on the AN/ALR-46/69 RWR including OFP coding and testing
  • Experience on the AN/ALQ-213 and integrating the ALR-69 with the ALQ-213 and other EW systems on the EW bus
  • Experience with the operation of Analyze, PC Memory Loader Verifier (PC-MLV) and other data bus monitoring and control tools
  • Support tool code development on the Graphical Recording Analysis Data Evaluation System (GRADES) and the Video Signal Generator Upgrade (VSGU)
  • Development of tools for OFP development and analysis such as the Software Engineering Environment for Testing 16-bit Microprocessors (SWEET 16)
  • Experience with radar operation analysis
  • Assembly language experience with Mil-Std-1750A and ATAC8 processors. DO-160 programming requirements knowledge.
