PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administrative duties for managing the subcontractors, C4I installation in prime spaces
  • Develop and maintain schedules in support of C4I system integration and testing on CVN 73
  • Communicate with internal staff, local SRC OSR and hull manager (PM) regarding milestones, work-scope and schedules
  • Gathers, analyzes and submits data to senior management, CVN 73 staff, and and onsite team
  • Responsible for the entire C4I part of tasking during the RCOH shipboard project
  • Serves as support of project by facilitating meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Will provide support to SRC OSR and management in Charleston for the CTII contract
  • Monitor the schedule to assist the onsite management team and plateform manager in maintaining schedules
  • Analyzes data and makes recommendations for review by senior management and customer review
  • Provide reports to senior managers and customers per our standard process and tracking for a broad prospective of status, updates, needed changes and up to date status of the project schedules
  • Assists in development of presentations for senior management and customer review
  • Manage all on site sub contractor manning, tasking and execution to meet all schedule and milestones

    FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and five years work related experience or a Master's degree and three years work related experience in a relevant technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Performing work in this job's occupational field requires the application of complex, technical professional disciplines requiring a four year degree or equivalent and the extensive, applied use of related concepts, practices, and methods
  • In relation to other jobs in the same function, this job requires an advanced level of proficiency to apply broad knowledge and experience
  • This job may provide direction/leadership to others as a lead or technical specialist
