PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the fabrication and integration of C4ISR systems into multiple variants of types of vessels
  • Assist technical staff members in the fabrication, integration, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical circuits Scientific Research Corporation offers a competitive salary, an extensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages excellence.     MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED and minimum five (5) years' related experience
  • Must have SECRET clearance
  • Experience with assembling top level cable, component, or equipment enclosures
  • Cable Fabrication (Multi-pin, RF, Network, Power, Fiber, Mil-spec, or serial cable assemblies)
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Ability to work in a small team and occasionally independently in a shipboard environment
  • Must have clear written and verbal skills
  • Travel (10-50%)

    DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • C4ISR experience
  • Formal training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications
  • Fiber Optic cable fabrication
