  • Serves as Cruise Missile/Stand-Off Munitions Planner / Air-launched Cruise Missile Planning, Weaponeering and Operations Expertise for a Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) project designed to develop and test TTP and CONOPS to enhance joint military process and procedures
  • Will advise and assist the Test Director and Project Manager in the planning, development, and execution of the test project with TTP and CONOPS development, input to test plans, and support with data collection planning and execution IAW the JT&E Handbook and task order contract award
  • Will assist the Project Manager with development of the project master plan, test planning, data collection and data management, test reports, conduct of the Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs), Field Test events and support the team's analysis and evaluations, to support the final out briefings of findings, conclusions, and recommendations to USAF and USSTRATCOM senior leadership

  • Expertise in weaponeering, planning, operations, and mission systems related to air-launched standoff weapons, including conventional air-launched cruise missile, joint air-to-surface standoff missile, and joint air-to-surface standoff missile-extended range
  • Participation in air operations center and combatant command exercises or operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills supporting a team of diverse subject matter experts
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidate must possess a current TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility


  • Experience and Proficiency with Stand-Off Munitions Applications Center (SMAC)
  • Experience at the combatant command, joint staff, or Service major command level
  • Experience in U.S. European Command or U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Operations Center.
