Job Category: Manufacturing/Operations Job Family: Maintenance Work Shift: A M-F (United States of America) Job Description: Starting Wage up to: $27.12/hour, based on experience (includes a $0.40 shift premium) Shift/Schedule: Nights (10pm to 6AM) Monday through Friday. Overtime is expected and weekend work is on a rotational basis. Overtime is paid on 8+ hours in a day, time and half paid on Saturdays and double time paid on Sundays. Work week also includes a guaranteed 40 hours. Full Benefits Package Available:

Job Duties: Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Comply with all maintenance operating procedures as they relate to food safety requirements. Follow Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirements. Record accurate data on maintenance reports and network maintenance programs. Use experience to make sure systems function at maximum efficiency. Analyze equipment problems and failures using proven maintenance techniques to get to the root cause of the problem and prevent them from recurring Use multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, laptops and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns, restoring them to service in a timely fashion. Complete routine assigned maintenance work orders. Be able to weld stainless steel. Able to read manuals to define parts needed for repair or for reorder. Be able to lay out and install piping. Performs electrical functions to troubleshoot and test, electrical operating devices (i.e. switches, thermocouples, level sensors , PLCs, etc) using test meters and other electrical test equipment. Have a general knowledge of refrigeration, compressed air equipment, boiler and feed water systems. Will, on occasion, receive calls at home or away from the plant to assist with process or packaging equipment problems and may be asked to come to the plant to assist with repair. Attendance is an essential function. Incumbent will be expected to work on weekends to support production schedules and to perform preventative maintenance when necessary. Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • Computer literacy
  • Effective verbal and written skills
Preferred Requirements:
  • Maintenance experience
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Food manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to install pumps and motors
