Stand-up Forklift Operators are responsible for the picking, staging and shipping of customer orders. They maintain the facility inventory by crewing the trestle and unloading trailers that come in from vendors or other SFI plants. Forklift operators maintain the cleanliness of the distribution center and remain audit ready at all times.

Minimum Requirements

  • Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as required.
  • Complete and pass forklift certification (Provided by SFI)

Preferred Requirements

  • Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
  • 1-year continuous employment history

Schedule/Shifts

  • This position is a 12-hour night shift position.
  • Hours are 4pm-4am, Monday-Thursday
  • Holidays and weekends are required as needed.
  • Only those wishing to work nights should apply.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds throughout shift
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and stoop, climb steps/ ladders
