SAIC is seeking a Military Facilities Manager and Integrator located in Manila, Philippines to support the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) to enhance our program's effectiveness and aligning our strategic goals with the Commander's directives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assists in development of strategic Operations, Activities, and Investments in support of the Geographic Combatant Command Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Campaign (PMTEC) Plan.
- Leads the development of operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC.
- Assists in the development of operations, activities and investments in the Philippines that articulates PMTEC program contributions to the First Island Chain
- Assist in the deconfliction and coordination of PMTEC equities across the Philippine Archipelago.
- Contributes to the development of new concepts and investments to further link ranges and training areas across Philippines and the INDOPACIFIC.
- Develops briefings and assessments to a variety of audiences and convey information in a clear and articulate manner to U.S. Government and Military leadership, and Bilateral/Multilateral Partners.
- Manage and tracks usage of the Military Facility; coordinates with Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for manning and space assignments.
- Responsible for the overall security and supports and assist INDOPACOM Command Security Manager security concepts and requirements of the Military Facilities.
- Focal point for INDOPACOM PMTEC Office (J7) for the coordination and integration between JUSMAG-PHL, AFP and other multilateral partners.
- Responsible for the coordination of maintenance, upkeeping, and any repairs.
- Lead in coordination and integration of AFP's Geographic Fusion Centers to the Military Facilities to provide a Common Operating Picture.
- Maintain communication and to be on-call 24/7 if emergency arise.
- Assists integration of the Military Facility to the bilateral military exercise Balikatan.
- Responsible for maintaining daily schedule and shift work to include AFP personnel.
- Responsible for oversight and inventory of U.S. systems and property in the Military Facility.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree and six (6)+ years of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- DoD (uniform, civilian or contractor) Background: Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Mid-level Warrant Officer or Mid-level Commissioned Officer experience
- Experience within the INDOPACOM Area of Operations and Joint Exercises.
- Knowledge and experience with US military operations and training activities.
- Proficient with SharePoint Online, Office 365, collaboration features, and document management.
REQUIRED CLEARANCES:
- Must have an Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
- Must be a current US Citizen
