Summary
This position of Talent Management Director will lead organizational development and talent initiatives to move the business through substantial growth and change at a rapid and successful pace. This role will encompass assessment, performance management, succession planning, employee experience and engagement initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities and retention.
Essential Functions
- Develops and implements the leadership development strategy, process and practices for the organization and ensures linkages with other Talent Management practices.
- Leads initiatives to drive culture, engagement and strategic direction.
- Serves as organizational development adviser to HRBPs on individual leadership development needs and action planning.
- Talent administrator responsible for design, development, pilot, delivery, and program management of annual talent processes and guidance for all leaders and HRBPs as to their role in these processes.
- Execute engagement survey processes, including analysis and reporting
- Defines and monitors metrics to measure effectiveness of all leadership development practices (coaching, assessment, formal and informal programs) and develops practical tracking and reporting methods.
- Executes a comprehensive strategy to manage and integrate leadership competencies into all HR practices, including performance management and succession planning.
- Provides strategic guidance to business leaders, line management and HR business partners to ensure the success of leadership development.
- Oversees executive coaching based on the needs of the organization. Careful selection, vetting and onboarding of external coaches to ensure best match.
- Serves as facilitator for multiple working sessions at the executive level, including focus groups, problem solving sessions or to deliver targeted leadership content.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, organizational Development or related field, Required
- Master's Degree in MBA, Preferred
- 10 years or more in Experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior or Organizational Change Role preferably in a Fortune 500 Corporate environment, Required
- 10 years or more in Practical experience administering various components of comprehensive Talent Management processes in large scale organizations, including assessment process, data analysis, succession planning and leadership development, Required
- 10 years or more in Proven experience leading Change Management and Organizational Transformation. Possesses the business acumen to understand business implications of decisions, Required
- Deep knowledge & expertise of OD theory with greater emphasis on successful practical applications Expert, Required

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
